Just put on a 4" MBRP turbo back system. What torgue should I tighten the clamp bolts?

 

OMG= Oh my gosh, that's tight. If you don't have them tight enough you will know if because of the soot streaks.

 

I went to NAPA and purchased some 4" band clamps,(like they use on big trucks and such),they seal better and they look alot cleaner than the clamps that come with the system

 

It depends on the system. The stainless come with band clamps already...

 

Ohh...OK,I'm running the Magnaflow 4" turbo back stainless and it didnt come with band clamps.I got the system a couple years ago from Bill @ Dfuser....So...who knows right,but its right now and thats all that matters.....

So....................... none of you know.
Well I tightened them up as much as my impact wrench would go, then a little more with the 1/2" drive. The pipe was just starting to "distort", so I doubt I get any "streaks".
