95 F150 Won't Crank. Please Help!

I have a 95 model F-150 that won't crank. The starter checks out ok and I replaced the ignition switch and still nothing. I noticed that the starter relay coil maxi-fuse was blown. Bought a replacement and I don't know where to start. Please Help!

Are the battery connections clean and tight? There is a starter relay mounted on the pass. side inner fender. If you jump the two large terminals does the starter then work? Use a heavy wrench or similar if jumping those terminals.

I didn't adjust the ignition switch. I wasn't aware that you could. What does this involve?

The ign switch is mounted on the steering column under the dash. You can loosen the bolts holding it and move it a little down the column in case the key switch is not operating it properly.
However if you look on the fender mounted relay there is a light gauge wire (can`t remember the color) with a push on connector, pull this off. Now get a length of wire and jump from the positive battery post to that terminal on the relay. If the starter does not crank then the relay is bad and needs replaced. If it does crank then you need to adjust the ign switch or maybe replace it.

I tested the relay as you said and it worked. I don't see any adjustment in the ignition switch, but I did notice that when trying to start the truck and turning the key all the way forward, the odometer blinks out and the speedometer needle moves as if there is power going somewhere? That leads me to believe the ignition switch is working? I'm not sure though.

The next thing you should do is pull the light gauge wire again at the fender mounted relay and put either a test light or a voltmeter between it (the wire) and ground and get someone to turn the key switch to "start". The light should light or the meter should show 12V. If not then the ign switch is bad or out of adjustment.
It should be possible to loosen the screws holding the ign switch to the steering column (under the instrument cluster) and move it up or down the column.

It's fixed. Thanks to everyone who helped lead me in the right direction. There is a security key box (aftermarket) under the dash that requires a special key in it to start. Aparently it had shorted out or something. I bypassed it and it starts. Thanks again everyone.
