Has anybody installed the Tuff Country lvl kit?
Was down at the 4x4 shop getting my diff fluid changed today and got to talking to the owner about leveling kits. He said after a lot of trial and error, they have had the most success with the tuff country system which is adding a leaf pack to the stock pack and utilizing a track bar relocation brcket which will bring up question 2. Has anyone used this system? and if so, what are your thoughs? and lastly, I went to the factory website where tuff country claims ford had problems with the track bar and they reccomend a 1" one for a mere $125 more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed yhe Tuff Country leveling kit on my '02 F250 last year. Mine had the whole spring pack instead of the "short" added spring pack. According to the guys on this post at that time, if you don't get the new track bar, as soon as you put the tire back on the ground you'll bend the smaller bar. I got the new bar and hven't had any probs. On the F250 you have to add a 1" lift to the back to make it level, but the '350 has a taller (3"?) factory lift block. Like the way it looks, & IMO it rides like like it should, like a truck.

I ran across this earlier while looking for an upgrade. Deaver's the best IMHO.
