Good Morning Bud. I'm heading to a buddies cabin on a lake to watch their fireworks. Heading up to lale Okoboji in Iowa with the boat on Monday, going to stay til friday. How about you, any plans for the weekend?

 

Sit by the pool and drinking adult beverages....and working on getting to three 0 0 0.........

 

I gotta run tonight and get fireworks for the kids, and then try to keep them from blowing themselves (or myself) up!

 

Just remember.... safety first. BTW,,,, fireworks are illegal here in NY, but a lot of people run down to PA and bring them back.

 

Fireworks are actually illegal in Omaha, but good luck enforcing that!! I used to run down to Missouri, and get the really good ones, but haven't been down there in a few years.

 

Same here...no bangs and nothing that goes into the air....that leaves sparklers. Lots go to PA and the real bad guys go to SC for the REAL stuff!

I brought back some really BIG ones from our cross-country trip 2 years ago. The Washington state tribal stores have some great sales AFTER the 4th....our back yard was pretty bright above the house last 4th of July!! Loud too.
