rear brakes overheating

I have a 1992 F150 4x4 and lately the brake and rear abs lights come on after driving awhile. The other day I got home and noticed how hot the rear brakes had gotten so I let it cool off and took the drums off to check it out and it was clear they had been dragging and overheated so I replaced the shoes and wheel cylinders and turned the drums cleaned it all up before puting it back together. Drove it the next day no problems drove it again today about 50 miles round trip and on the way back the light comes on again and I can smell the brakes when I got home. Any ideas whats causing the rear brakes to stick I double checked the parking brake and its been off.

It's the RABS valve on the frame. Replace it with a piece of steel brake line, the RABS system sucks anyway and you won't miss it. Seen this problem in person a few times and LOTS of time on the forums.

today when I was driving home the abs light comes on and soon after I notice the truck is dragging so I pulled over and opened up the bleed valve on the rabs and it squirted a small amount of fluid so I closed it up and then the rear brakes were freed up again the light was still on but the brakes werent dragging anymore it got me home anyhow. Isnt the proportion valve in the master cylinder?
