my bronco manifolds

i am 17 and trying to restore my 1988 ford bronco, with a 351 5.8 wndsor. i need to get an answer... my drivers side exhaust manifold is new and so is my passenger side.. but my drivers side is louder the the passenger side..

they are both cheap-o dorman exhaust manifolds, nothing specail..

is this normal for one to be louder then the other? also ford charges soooo much for parts ($70 for an EGR tube!) what the nut its 20 years old cut me some slack

It shouldn't be louder, you probably have have a leak, i would find it fast, as leaks hurt power, mileage and can lead to melt electrical harness wires (wich will be both a pain and dangerous).
