i dont mean to be skeptical or that it makes a differance (depending on end price) but dont the oem parts usually come in very plain jane boxes
those look to be in black colored boxes

If they are a used set, he probably replaced hiis factory one's and put them in the boxes the new lights came in.

Nice starting bid, but shipping is a little steep.

Probably because they are shipping from Canada. Very expensive from what I understand.

Couldn't tell ya, I converted to HID when I installed mine. They do look much better though.

Can we convert our stock set up to HID? How much does that normally cost?

Anyone can convert to HIDs. You'll need a bulb that fits into the headlight housing, and converters for the plugs. Talk to some of the eBay sellers and tell them what you have. Most sellers can build you a setup for cheap... HIDs are controversial among many. They are not projected in a standard headlight housing and therefore produce glare at many angles. The glare in my 05 lights isn't that bad, I rarely get flashed. Never been pulled over either. I drive directly behind cops at night all the time. (Although it always worries me) haha. Stay away from anything above 6000K, it'll look modified. The 6000K looks nice and bright white.
