I was coming home, pulled into my street and the truck redlines. I coast down the street with no drive, 1st or 2nd. Before truck was running bad. Had a rough stop at red lights when slowing down and sometimes stall. Reversing up a hill and roll a little the motor would knock light it was about to blow a hole though the block. Any help?

 

You could've sheared of the flywheel to crankshaft bolts, or the rear of the crankshaft snapped.

 

Sounds like a broken crankshaft.

 

Snapped crank would be my guess as well.
