odd problem
I shut it off right away and restarted and it was fine. It did it three times and I didn't shut it off again after the third time till we got home.
That was way down at the far end of South Padre island and we had our big slide in in the back ( kinda heavy). The tow bill would have been ugly if one would have even come down the beach that far.
We got home just fine and it doesn't seem to be doing it now but before I go out on another trip I'm going to do all the injector o rings just for the heck of it and also inspect the wire harness under the valve covers. Anything else I should look at?
BTW, I hope noone else wasted their money driving to that beach with their families this weekend. The whole main part of the island, before the national park 4 wheel drive only beyond this point sign, was taken over by a festival of the non family friendly sort that I just couldn't believe. Thousands of people were there. I asked the park rangers where the warning signs were but they didn't think it was too funny. I wasn't trying to be funny really. I couldn't care less about that stuff normally but there was a lot of stuff going on that I really didn't want to expose my kid to. At least we got some good fishing in over on the bay side.
Oh, I heard a few of the newer F-350's going by with their front hubs just grinding and clicking like crazy. I saw a couple stuck real bad too. We really are lucky having such well built trucks compared to the new ones.
