Wierd "clunk" from steering
OK - I'm not sure where this is coming from, but I am starting to wonder before it gets to be a pricey problem.
At low speeds, or if I start to turn the wheel for some reason while stopped, I hear a "clunk". At speed, I don't hear it. I checked the play in the wheel and how the front wheel reacts when I turn...I get immediate response out of the front wheels when I turn the steering wheel. Seemingly no slop in the steering wheel. Last summer, it had the right side control arm, ball joint, and inner tie rod done, as well as the left side control arm.
Any clues?
