Replaced the solenoid with a Heavy Duty one from lordco and we are i business. Starts like a dream, now i just need to rewire the nss or maybe just ignore it haha just kidding!

'Sounds like the problem is fixed, but if you want a spare starter and have time, e-bay has been good to me. An extreme case but I found a new mitsu starter a year ago from Calgary, private sale, $39 plus shipping. a year in still works great ! (helps to be the only bidder !)
