Well peeps, what's shakin'?

Been smoke free for 2 weeks and a day now. Downside is I gained 10 pounds.

Warm today, not like last week when it was just HOT. Well, not HOT, but hot. Think we were about 25, forecasting 30 for tomorrow and Wednesday.

Running the portable ac in our bedroom lately. Makes for a fairly comfortable sleep. Keep getting woken up at the crack of dawn though. The sky is pretty bright at 4 AM.

Well, I am headin out to take the horse for a ride. Probably won't put as many miles on as Pete, but it should be nice quite evening.

 

Looks like some good clean stupid fun.

 

Probably not hah. Also I hope your horses don't shoot little flames out their tail pipe between shifts.

Congrats. Thankfully for me it's been 20 months so far after 28 years. Mind you, I did start smoking the other stuff a couple of years ago, but I have a prescription for it. BTW I hope you start feeling better soon.

 

Thanks Gord. I've quit a few times... But I've been smoking 16 years. Feels good to not smoke. I miss it sometimes though.
