I like lighter crabs easier to pick-hey I'm getting lazy when it comes to picking crabs -we used to go out right after the full moon when they shed and catch em just to pick for crab meat 
put it in the freezer and wait til winter time and fry up crab cakes-oh and the soft shells -nothing better than a winter day chewing on a nice soft shell samich

If my son saw that picture, he'd be saying..."Who's only eating 1/2 the crab?" I see a LOT of mustard in the discard pile! He sucks the inside of those shells dry! If fact, he's got me liking the mustard too!
