I own 2 fast Ford cars, I have a contact at a Ford dealership were I can get the new Raptor.
My question is you you get the first Raptor out with the 320HP or wait till the bigger engine comes out mid 2010. 400HP.
I dont want to say to myself mannnnnnn I want more power.
Also...I dont go off road but with this I might and I like real fast.
It would be for blowing away fast cars and blasting in town BS speed bumps!!
If you wanna go fast you've got two options....buy the 5.4 and add a roushcharger later.....or wait and get the 6.2.....but by then others will have raptors so you'll be missing the cool factor for the first year

I like the supercharger thing, and the truck may be lighter.
No one knows the exact pricing yet, but it should be cheaper than the supercharger, at least that's my opinion. The V10 is only a few hundred more than the 5.4 in the superduty.
There's no replacement for displacement... buy the 6.2, and if you really want a woodie, supercharge the 6.2. A lightly-blown 6.2 should hit 500rwhp with ease.
lol i say SCREW the 5.4 with a supercharger.... whip a supercharger on the 6.2 which already has 400hp.... NOW were talkin. go big or go home fellas lol!!
LOL....i'd rather have a supercharged 5.4 any day over a stock 400 hp 6.2 (If thats what they really come out at....but i'm not buying 400..i say 425-450)

I have...and did it. kinda sucked while it was drifting sideways, but she straightened out after a few feet
