Differential Clutch Kit Failed.
Hey guys, hope you're doing better than I am. I just got back from Ford after taking the truck in because of the rear end shuddering when I made turns. They say I need a differential clutch kit. Grand total for everything is $1041! 
I've been driving with this bad clutch thing for about a week or so. What other specific parts could I have damaged as a result of use with this other problem?

It sounds like the clutch pack is working fine in you limited slip differential. When you have it on sand does it spin both tires when you mash the gas? If so it's working fine. It may need some friction modifier added to the the differential to ease the shuddering. It's shuddering because both axles are being held in a locked together position and when you go around a corner the outside tire wants to go a little faster then the inside tire because of the difference in the radius that both tires are traversing in. What the dealer is going to give you for that price is a limited slip that does not hold as well. You should be able to pick up a small bottle of friction modifier for under $10. I'd try that first. And you haven't damaged anything thus far.
