Memorial Day weekend....
Well today starts my 4 day wkend. I have a list of honeydo's longer than 4inlovin's......well nevermind.
Barbeque will def be on the agenda as will bud light. Hope everyone has a safe one...and God bless to those that have served.

Four day weekend for me as well. BBQ and Bud Lite's sound good. Weather is lousy so it's keeping me from going up to the hills but I can still lounge about.

Had to google "what is memorial day"
Have a good weekend all and stay safe. We have the same but call it " ANZAC day" ie. Australia and New Zealand. Held the 25th April.
and at the end of our ceremonies we all say " we will remember" .
The sacrifice our fallen soldiers gave is something that the average Jo Blow cannot comprehend. We all enjoy (and take for granted) the benefits of our society. Without those sacrifices it would be a completely different world.

Everyone have a great weekend. I was hoping to pour concrete today to start the weekend right, but the clouds are scaring me! All I need is 9 yards of concrete on the ground just ready to stamp and have shower come through and make it exposed aggregate!LOL! Guess I'll relax for the weekend and try again next week. What is about memorial day weekend and rain!

My job was to fill the boots of those that came before me, and now it's getting to be that time for someone to fill mine. I am very encouraged by what I see so far, too. Sure there are slackers out there, but the same was said about my generation, and the one before. There will always be brave Patriots out there to protect our most beloved Land and Ideals. God Speed to those in harm's way now, and also to those yet to go...
