86 F250 dying

Hey all, I have an 86 F250 with a fuel injected 302, auto, 4x4.

It recently has had plugs, wires, air filter, new exhaust, and O2 sensor, It got just last weekend a new fuel filter.

For some reason this problem seems to be random. sometimes the truck will have tons of power and not choke out at all full throttle. Today I couldnt even touch the gas or it'd start choking and dying. Sometimes in gear idling it'll wanna die. This to me points to a fuel issue...

Is my pump dying? clog? Help please! Matt

i'm not a fuel injection guy ,but the first thing that comes to mind is the fuel pressure regulator.or maybe malfunctioning injectors.

If you suspect a fuel pump issue, check the pressure & flow rate at the engine. Regardless,
for an EFI engine, ask the computer what it thinks might be wrong.
Ford Fuel Injection has instructions.
