My strategy is VXAP2B2

the closest strategy I see on Spartans archived tune sheet is VXAP2 ( but no B2) at the end. How do I know how much HP each of those tunes has?

Yes, you need the VXAP2 tunes. Also, these are all for automatic transmissions, if you have a manual they aren't for you.
