I ended up going up to Peterborough.
Worth the drive if you want some good work done.

Cost me $350 + tax (just under $400 after tax) without wiring, not sure if they would have done that for the same price, who knows. They do hitches, trailer repair, just about any sort of fabrication you can think of.
Took about 3.5 hours for them to do a Class IV on my ambulance (which would have taken less if it wasn't for the tow hooks that had to be plasma cut off/grinded down). They also let me take out a van they had there so I wouldn't be sitting around bored the whole time.
