Does anyone have a detail for the fuse block in this truck.. I found a blown fuse but am not sure what it is for as I can not read it.

That says st. blt. (seat belt). I'd assume it's the fuse for the seat belt buzzer.

No. I think that one is the engine solonoid. The label to the left of each fuse is the one for that fuse.

Here's a link to the second page of the factory wiring diagrams for the '78. It has the fuse box layout in the upper left hand corner and, just below, it identifies each fuse and the circuits it protects.

Thank you very much for posting this, Ozzie!
Dumb question (but I am going to ask it anyway - is this the same layout for a 1977 Ford F-250?
Thanks

My notes show 1976 and up, it matches my '77 anyway.

Same fuse box as the '76 one above ... but the angle or orientation is turned.

Hope it helps some.

Yes, that is very helpful. Look like it matches up to my '77. THANK YOU!!:

There is key on, Accessories on, and a direct battery connection. What circuit are you trying to power up ?

I am installing a backup camera [Autovox v5 Pro] and trying to tie two wires to the fuse box.
The wires are:
1. ACC/Ignition
2. 12V Constant Power

Which fuses would you use?
I thought:
1. Radio to act as the ACC/Ignition
2 . Emergency for constant power
But if there are better choices, I'd love to hear it:
Here is a snapshot of my 1977 F250 fuse box:
