Has anybody used this

Air Intake Heater Plug Code Eliminator P0541

in conjunction with the AIH Delete Plug??

Anywho... I've tried an eliminator and it never worked on my truck.

I built my own, using a 470 ohm 1/2 watt resistor, and haven't received any more codes.

I soldered a 470 ohm 1/2 watt resistor in-line on a length of 14 gauge wire. I heatshrinked this connection. I added a ring terminal to each end. A large one, 5/16'' eye, to fit the stud where the red wire is removed from the AIH solenoid and a small one (I forget size) to fit a screw on the cowl above the trans dipstick tube. I put wire loom over the entire thing. Any questions, PM me.

I didn't take any at the time I installed it. I can take some tomorrow. The camera is my wife's SUV. It got left in the glove box from our trip this past weekend for my stepdaughter's college graduation. I'll try to post some pics tomorrow morning.
