you might be a lone wolf lol. i've been thinkin about getting a mac though, but i dont know anyone that has one. i've had countless PCs, do you like your mac? do you run into problems like the one your having now alot? but i think the pic problem is universal, everyones having problems with uploading pics to there gallerys.

there is no integrated pic posting mechanism/drag drop.. only that dumb thing in galleries, that never works for me..

you have to manually UPLOAD pics, into

gallery
profile
forum posts

OR

some external to fte site, photobucket or whatever.

on upload to forum post you have to be a contributor to go direct to the post as an 'attachment'.. , otherwise you have to upload somewhere, then link to the picture via the [img]...[/img] tags

even on the attachment, sizes are limited... <meg usually.
if you want BIG then you will have to go to photobucket or whatever..

all this is done thru the browser, and I have used Safari to do it..

what seems to be the problem?

And oh one more thing...there are some severe software problems withthe site occuring at the moment - we are all having problems posting pictures.

With 212K members, I doubt you are the only MAC person out there. Shoot, I'll bet theres one guy still using a modified Commodore 64.

I use a mac. Haven't posted any pics yet, but as far as the computer I love it. Much more reliable than my past pc, but I've only been using computers in last six years so I'm still behind the learning curve at times
