I just greased the slip joint on my 2016 F-350 with 1500 miles. Had to do it also on my 01 F-350 back in 2001. Clunk problem solved. You think Ford would have addressed this issue in the last 15 years.

I have a 2013 f250 xlt 4x4 that I have had only a month...it is doing this. I have a 2 year warranty that I bought on the truck...wanted to see if anyone else has the problem. Mine seems to do it when I take off quickly or occasionally when I come to a stop...

I just added grease to the slip joint today on my 02' and it worked like a charm, feels like a new truck. I will also be doing the same thing to a 2010 tomorrow.

Same here. Thought it was balljoints. Had it inspected and ended up being idler arm.
