Take an inspection mirror, lay on top of the engine with the mirror behind the turbo, shine a flashlight on the mirror and more the mirror around and you will that last bolt tucked up under the edge of the turbo housing. Then use a 1/4" drive flex socket to reach it. It can be reached with a 1/4" flex joint and regular socket but it's tight.

Driver's side rear turbo pedestal bolt
What the other folks said on the socket.
I used a 1/4" flex socket (if you're buying, spend the $$$ for quality, this will take some torque). Make up your stack of socket, 1/4" extension, adapter to larger extension, and larger extension.
Have the extension in your right hand, lay over the valley. With right hand, lower the drive stack behind the turbo. Reach under and behind the turbo with your left hand and guide the drive stack until you feel it fit onto something. The bolts are in a rectangular pattern, and the pedestal bolt is the only thing in that vicinity that the socket will fit onto. Make sure the socket fits tight onto the bolt, and is pushed all the way down.
Get off the engine valley, grab a block of 2x4 and your breaker bar. Work from driver's side fender. Breaker bar onto the drive stack, 2x4 between head of breaker bar and firewall/cowl. Apply torque, and hopefully the bolt pops free rather than something breaking. I think I used a 24" breaker bar with a couple of feet of pipe... torque on the pipe with one hand, while other hand kept the breaker bar head and drive stack in place.
Once you've got the bolt loose, put a magnetic pickup tool on the drive stack to keep the bolt in the socket while you pull the whole mess up and out.
Installation is pretty much the reverse... bolt and magnet on drive stack, use left hand behind turbo to guide the bolt into the hole, tighten.

Have a look at this thread here: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...ml#post6674303 Scroll down a little until you see my post with the links to the instructions for turbo removal (Post #21.) Use those methods, but I think you'll find it easier if you follow the changes I made to those instructions which are in my post. Good luck.

alright i got the pig off!i have really large hands and it was a real pain but i got really close up in there and you can feel the bolt from under the truck on the passenger side looking up or stick your hand way in the back and curl it in some interesting positions. but i got it using a 4" 10mm with the box on the bolt and the open end interlocked with the box end on another 4" wrench and i broke it free by hand. not to bad. ive been freaking out becuase my 2 day shippment never came in, just found out its been at the post office since thursday!!
