Well I've been looking at those stainless steel rocker panels and junk, and it doesnt look that good imo, they look like some generic universal fitting crap to be honest.

Has anyone ever seen those plastic type rocker panels, that are molded right to the body almost, for a 99' style F250 SD? Maybe someone out there makes some plastic rocker panels that mold right up with some aftermarket fenders too, kind of streamlined right down the side of the truck.

Heres an example, something like this but not near as extreme lol, just something to cover like the lower lip of the rocker panels that wraps under it.

 

If you are looking to protect the rocker panels my best suggestion would be to have them coated with a spray on bed liner. We have a lot of folks in Alaska that does that to protect from road debris. Just a thought. They can color match most trucks now so you hardly notice it.

 

Got my rocker panels sprayed with bedliner, works great and looks good too.
