The 33X12.5's on my Bronk in my Sig will just barely rub in a hard camber
and just lightly touch the sway bar in a hard over steer. Very exceptable to
me. I am tempted to try a set of 34X10.5 if they make them? Does
anyone?

I run 33x10.5's on my stock 95. No rubbing issues whatsoever. BFG was the only manufacturer I found to make this size.

How big can you go before gearing becomes an issue?

I think 35s is when most guys start to regear, but I believe that the bronco graveyard booklet says it's "recommended" to go with 4.10s once you go to 33s.
