hello, does anyone know if a f150 4x4 front and transfer case can be used . thanks

Anything can be used with enough time and welding :-) Plus, you did not mention what year.
For a DIY you really should use a straight front axle (HD Dana 44 would be min.) and leaf springs.

4x4 conversion
hello, and thanks for the help, i bought a 86 f250 4x4 for the parts, but it looks to me like the fram on the van is a little narrower. thanks, ive got a torch and welder.

Good, that means you should have the dual piston brakes, unlike the F-150 set up.
