What have you Done to your truck today

"interesting. i may have to look into this. it wasnt a hard install? Jay"
No not hard at all....measure 3 times tho - drill holes once! You do need two people to put the T/G back on as you have to tension load the spring on the re-install.
On my tailgate, I had to remove the driver's side tail light to remove the rubber bumper to get the holes drilled - that isn't in the instructions. Not hard, just wasn't aware of it reading the instructions.

What did I do to my truck today...I bought it back from the guy I sold it to a couple weeks ago. He's getting married and could use the cash. I sold it too cheep anyway and I was feeling awkward not having a truck (since my crew cab search ended up harder than expected). Now I can take the family down to Assateague Island on the beach next week. Still keeping my eye out for a nicely priced late '90s or slightly newer F-350 crew 4x4 long bed 7.3L turbo....

Glad you were able to get it back Dan, I know all about selling things way to cheap.
I gave my Bronco to a kid up the street after the trans went out the second time thinking
the kid really could use it for parts on his other one. The only thing he
had to do was take the plow brackets off the front, remove the alt, radiator and
battery and return them to me. He brought back the plow stuff and the alternator
blown said the battery was fried and if I see it out some where I'm gonna take sheer
pleasure in ramming a pipe threw the radiator.
