took my IPR out and changed the O rings. the smaller o ring was toast.
filled the HPO res. back up, cranked it awhile and it started up. idled great, held it and a grand and a half for a few minutes and it ran good. got above that and it died. and again will not start. HPO res. is full, checked it half a dozen times. tach is showing RPMs also changed the cam sensor last week with zero luck. I do have a code P1661 now.
really can't afford to take it to Ford right now but I need this truck running again ASAP thanks for any ideas.

 

code 1661: PCED OCC signal low Aborts KOEO OCC test Low system voltage, internal PCM fault

only know two things there. low system voltage, so charge the batteries since you may have drained them from cranking to much. Internal pcm fault, so try to swap pcms with someone you know.
