Well i guess i have alot of catchin up to do, been a very busy 2 weeks for me, big sales in stop & shop and now this week we have more big sales and lots of OT baby. Then on monday i noticed at one of my stores i was leakin something and at a closer inspection found that it was antifreeze. Popped the hood looked around and found a 3 1/2 in crack down the left side of the radiator and it looks like under pressure it sprayed all over the bat and left side of the truck under the hood. So i drove home carfully, had to borrow my mothers car to work on tue morning. Tue night went to advanced auto to buy a new radiator $165 with out tax and then 3 gals of 50/50 anti freeze $11 each. We got home with the new stuff only to notice that it was the wrong radiator and had to drive back to get the one with the metal lips on top and on bottom of the radiator where the black plastic cover for the fan mounts and the heated throttle body line mounts aswell. Had no choice but to work i the rain and get it done, got all the hoses off but the tranny line on the bottom was not being cooperative and i think i almost snapped when i rounded off the bolt with a wrench. Then i used a pair of vice grips and got it lose. That tranny line alone took about 3 1/2 hrs to do with out breakin anything and i did soak them in pb blaster, I ended up finishing the job around 3pm wed and now all is good for now so that was my week lol
...At 0030 hrs, I will dress in modestes and to the RadControl and dress out in a paper suit and enter the containment bldg for environment readings and paint thickness readings...
Rich:
During the regulatory shutdown, I was on staff and I was the lead on the balance of plant "painting" procedure & specification development, while Frank Chamberlain had the lead for the nuclear areas.
I was the one who discovered the laps in the coatings & linings quality assurance program since the departure of Stone & Webster at the end of construction.
Brain failure I believe that the short lived VP of Engineering ??? was fired in part for ignoring the discovery letter that the two of use had co-authored.
Then Millstone hired a grey-beard consultant and let out a contract to have the station painted out for its eventual sale.

I do enjoy trains, but at the model level.
My only train is a LGB Christmas set that's about 11 feet long (the tender car is also a traction unit).
I haven't had it set up since I sold my house back in 2002.
The track used to wind its way through the dining room, a 12 foot straight run down the kitchen, 6 foot radius curve out of the kitchen into the foyer, then wind its way through the living room and back into the dining room.
