Best do the Chebby rocker swap or the cam but not both. If you want more lift do it with the cam and check with the supplier to make sure the cam is computer friendly. Decking the block is usually for reducing the squish/quench area plus it does give a cr increase.
yeah i was thinking about 1.7 rollar rockers instead of the chevy rockers i will probably not be doin a turbo ill just squeeze as much as i can out of this and call it good
i wanted to bore it .030 over for more TQ and the flat top pistons for compression and clean/ resurface everything then back cut the intake valves 30* grind the crank and throw a mild cam into it along with replacing any worn parts/ bearings then a good tune up and set timing to 12*
