Transfer won't stay in high range

Working on an 03 F-550 with manual trans. and 6.0. Tansfer case will not stay in high range in 4x4 mode. Linkage and bushings all look ok. Anyone had this problem or have any ideas what may be the problem?

Manual case. Don't see any way to adjust it as it just a flat steel linkage with hole on each end with bushings in them.
