WARN Industries Auxlliary Transmission for divorced NP435 and NP205
Anyone ever heard of, or have a Warn overdrive unit in their truck? I found one with driveline for sale that is supposedly out of a '75 F250 4x4. Everyone i have asked has said that the only Warn overdrive unit they have ever saw/heard of has been out of a Jeep.
I have looked at the unit and i believe it was a model #1134. According to the guy who owns it, it only takes about a half hour to install and the hardest part is notching out a spot for the shifter that engages it to come through the tunnel cover. It bolts up directly to the back of a NP435 after the tailshaft housing is removed.
Any info on this unit would be much appreciated.

The only Warn overdrive I have ever seen was for a jeep and was only for the Dana 18 transfer case. I had got one new on a 47 ****** Jeep I had. Advanced adapters bought the rights to it from Warn and now sell it as there Saturn overdrive but still fits only the in the pto hole in the Dana 18 transfercase. It will not fit the pto hole on a truck transmission.

I slipped it onto the back of my NP435 and it fit but like i said i have searched high and low for any info on this unit and have had no luck. If anybody knows anything about it, don't be shy and speak up.
