HPOP draining???

Ok, I have read on here that if the truck is hard to start after sitting for a while to check the HPOP reservior. Well, what happens if it IS drained down?? What does it take to fix it???

How long has it been sitting? I'd fill it back up and see how long it takes to drain down. If it's overnight, then start digging into it. If it takes a month or so, it may be no big deal.
