hey guys. just wanted to introduce myself here. i am in the process of buying my first classic F100. its a 62 stepside here in Clarksville. im getting it super cheap and plan on making a decent project out of it. the body is in rough shape and it isnt completely assembled. it has a rebuilt 390FE and a 3 on the tree transmission. the transmission is currently sitting in the bed and none of the wiring is done. should be a decent project.

anyway, i am currently stationed here at fort campbell but will be a civilian again here in 6 weeks or so. i will be staying in the area and trying to get on to the local PD or something. hopefully i will see some of these trucks out and about town.

i will be starting a thread on my project when i get it started and try to keep up with the updates. thanks ahead of time for the help and info im sure ill need as a newbie.

There's two places that do powder coating and I know the one on Kraft street does full frame capablility of blasting. The business is call Extreme powder coating. The other palce is not as high tech, and is off Riverside drive, on Washington street. Don't have a business card from them, but he states his prices are very affordable. Havn't done anything with him.
The first mention business recently done my buddies hood hinges and they turned out great.
