If your asking about a diffeence between the other crews the answer is no. A 2wd crew dually had the same wheel base as other crews. A F-250 dually had a WB of 150 and a F-350 dually had a WB of 167.

Supercab 4x4 frame

Wouldn't it be easier to use a 78-79 4x4 supercab frame instead of trying to make a newer one work ?
