You blokes may know that we cannot buy a new F series from a Ford dealer.There is a private company that imports them and converts them to RHD. My last new F350 is a 97 7.3 and I have had an excellent run with it but now I am looking to replace it. The company I dealt with last time has 2 08 year Lariats available. I've read on this forum a few problems with radiators etc Can anyone tell me if these dates are affected or not.

The original theory, poorly built radiators, was handled by those build dates. However, the latest theory on the degas bottle was not. Do an oasis report on the VINs. Find out if they have had the 08B06 and 08B07 CSPs done. The 08B06 is a venturi T and is Ford's current thinking as to the rememdy for the radiator problem. The 08B07 is the latest software for the PCM/TCM.

This is a system that will record everything Ford has done to your vehicle. There are folks on here that will run the VINs for you. I think the link above will take you there.
