Sticky for reviews and referrals?

Any thoughts about making a "sticky" page for businesses we would like to refer to the crowd and reviews of places we have been to?

Certainly would help with the questions of "does anyone know a good body shop" coming up every few weeks or so.

I love that idea. I guess Adrian would have to add it. Can't see why he wouldn't.

I don't think you will see a sticky from anyone who isn't a sponsor of this site.
I could be wrong though

They cant really expect every single local business to sponsor the site can they??

And we do frequently recommend businesses and give reviews on places.

Anyone know how to kick this up to the people that can actually say yes or no?

Unless they run things differently here from the 3 forums I've run, a sticky is just a normal thread that a moderator / admin deems to be a sticky. It doesn't take an advertiser. Kinda like the FAQ threads. Should be quite an easy thing to do.
