isspro EV or EV2's
Hey guys, just realized yesterday that there were two different models. I was all set to spend "X" amount and then got a price on EV2's. Whats your thoughts between the two and is it worth the extra $'s

Well the LED looks a little better.. in terms of total light. The bulb will go out and does not light the whole gauge face up. That said you will need the optional dimmer cuz they will be considerably brighter than that factory gauges

I got the EV bulb style, I don't think they had the EV2 when I ordered but I can't remember. The leds do last a lot longer than the bulbs which means less down time disasembling the pillar and changing them out. I'd do the leds(EV2) and be done with it, good luck.

The lighting is much better on the EV2, there are no AMP boxes with the EV2, All the gauges are electric with the EV2... They are a much better gauge IMHO then the EV, and I loved the EV...
You should not need an aftermarket dimmer, mine are no more brighter then the factory bezel.

If you are going to go EV2 then you may as well go Performax since they have that awesome rebate going on. Either way I am happy to help you out.
