Since this is a era specific towing question I'm throwing it on here along with the '67-'79 section. I'm looking for a nice strong gooseneck hitch for the bed of my '79 and was wondering if anyone has any experiences installing one. There are very few manufacturers that make gooseneck hitches for pre-80 fords. Right now I'm considering a B&M universal which would require some fabrication... or a Una-Goose.. which shouldn't require any mods (manufacturer's claim). Any knowledge/insight would be appreciated.
