Biodiesel.org - Retail Fueling Sites
This will help you find a bio retailer.

I use B50 to B80 during the winter depending on the temps. When I go to a real cold location I just use Dino Diesel with a little stanadyne. I generally don't like to run anything under B30 if I don't absoluttly need to. I don't think it is that great for seals and hoses in our truck. Biodiesel will swell them and ulsd will shrink them.
From mid April to the begining of October I run her on B100.

There is only one local fueling station near me, so we are at the mercy of whatever he supplies. The winter blend from Oct - Apr is B5 and the summer blend is B20. It may be worth having a talk with the local dealer to see how much of it they move to make sure it isn't sitting the tanks for months on end.

No, I'm in Albany. However, a quick search on the NBB site shows 5 places on the Island depending on which end you live. Like:
New Hyde Park Oil Terminal, New Hyde Park, NY
BURT'S RELIABLE, INC. (Not sure how you go wrong here. ), SOUTHOLD, NY
Vogelbilt Corp, West Babylon, NY
There is one in the Bronx and one in Brooklyn.
