first off welcome to FTE, second Welcome to the Arizona chapter, I just approved you for membership.
lastly, the best solution I have found for aiming head lights is to take it to my friend at the body shop as they have the aiming tools to set them properly. if you don't want to do that you can put it in your garage at night on a level surface and aim them at the wall.
