Bitchin ! I'm in the Grandpa years now but it's so great.

My F1 Mentor had three Daughters and built each of them a Bonus Built Truck when they turned 16. Start gathering parts now. Hopefully, you'll choose the one with the Grille that doesn't need Orthodontics.......

Congrats! My wife and I are expecting our first in June. She got pregnant right after I brought the truck home (How convenient?) so I know about putting things on hold.

Congrats! I have 3 now 2 girls and a boy, ages 12, 8 and 5. A Family is a wonderful thing, enjoy every minute. I cant believe my oldest is now 12.

Before kids time seemed to be at a standstill. Now with kids time seems to be flying by too fast.

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy. She is precious and let me tell ya now, you can teach that little bundle true appreciation for these older trucks. The main reason I got my truck was because it brought back memories of me sitting in the yard while my dad tinkered with his. We called it "The Donut Truck" because every morning on the way to school my dad would stop at a donut shop. The wrappers went in the floor. Our goal was to see how high we could get the wrappers before they started tumbling out. It also helped that my dad had an old panel van in our back yard that was my playhouse. I've had a love for these golden oldies every since!!! So, hand that little sweet thang a wrench when she is old enough and teach her as she grows up.
