Level my F350

I would like to level my F350 4X4. I've been told to get F450 front leaf springs and that should do it. (stock suspension).
A: Is this True?
B: Will it affect the ride much?
C: Is there a better method?
Thanks

I'm sure this has been beat to death, but there are new products and experiences all the time.

Ford Snow plow "X" code springs will level it. Thats what my f-350 has and it sits level. It rides fine, better and nicer than most trucks at my work. Thats prob the best way to do it i think but there is other options.

Ford or any spring shop should have them, tell them you want the x code front springs for your truck.
