Bill, since you're driving all the way to Angeles that does not say much for Burro Canyon!
I haven't been to Angeles since I moved from Tujunga in 2006 but, I certainly like that range. When they poured the concrete benches that really made a nice difference. The Rangemasters are very strict when it comes to range violations and I like that.

Russ, I do prefer Angeles. I appreciate the better safety supervision there. The concrete rifle benches are great for benchresting. Plus, the steel clangers out to 600 yards are a lot of fun.
Burro Cyn is probably better for chapter shoots. I think they can better handle our rowdy group with a lot of different firearm types. But Angeles feels like home to me. And considering the time it takes to drive San Gabriel Cyn road, it doesn't take much if any extra time to reach Angeles.
