problems.........
Ok so my 92 Flareside i giving me problems. It has a 94 motor and tranny in the truck. well the day before yesterday my truck just suddenly starting running like poo to put it nicely. it just running rough overall. it has new plugs and wires but i checked the plugs and they had backed out of the block. i guess i somehow didnt snug them up well enough. do you think i fouled them out when that happened?

plugs backed out of the block=little to no compression The plugs were probably fouled a little bit because of incomplete combustion but they 'should' come out of it. Taking them out to check would be your best bet since you have to tighten them up anyway.

well i did that just as a check anyways. but they didnt look bad so i put them back in and the truck was still running like crap. so i unhooked the battery let it sit for a day and yesterday morning hooked it back up hoping the computer reset and it did. now it runs like a beast again. spun tires at about 1/4 throttle. and no i do have tread on my tires. thats just how much power my 5.8 puts out.
