Heres a couple pics of my truck, I wanted to make it look a little custom without going overboard. I added some real nice triton v10 decals to the hood from FTE's own Mr. Spinella. I got the "6.8 triton v10 decals off ebay that I put over the 4x4 decal on the box and added a king ranch emblem to the back, not too bad looking for a 99 with 100k ah??

I like the 6.8 Triton v10 decals over the 4x4 decal on the box best. Nice shine too. I expected to see your reflection with the camera in there as well.

LOOKS AWESOME!!!!!

one thing I like on 99 and 00 SD's is the newer headlight/marker (the clear ones) on their trucks, it's a subtle change but makes the truck look alot sharper. IMHO


I put some aftermarket clear marker and turn signal lens on my 93 F150 too. It would probably look better without the amber bulbs, but I gotta be legal.

It's a V10 thing...

 

Get some Stealth bulbs. No orange when off but lights up to orange. I use them in all my trucks because otherwise it looks like a runny, half-cooked egg is in my lights.

Is your factory V10 fender badge crooked or is it an optical illusion? You should remove it. With so much reference to your V'10' folks might think you're trying to compensate.

I do want to get some clear lights, I looked at them on ebay, prices have come way down on them since I last bought a set (10 years ago). Im thinking of tinting the rear windows first.

 

I just noticed in your picture the fender says Lariat, but you put the King Ranch on the tailgate. Man, you really want those parts guys messed up. They messed up as it is, lol. nice truck.

 

lol, They will have to use the vin to know forsure. I did that because only a true ford man would know the difference. To most average people it looks like a lariat king ranch... lol. I think it really sets the truck off and makes it different.

 

shanksyamaha if I didn't know better I'd think you stole my truck, switched the wheels, added some cap lights, and tried to confuse the cops with those badges!
