Thanks Del. It seems he changed his mind or something. Can't get through by call or text all of a sudden. I have d3ve heads already. Just wanted to bump up the compression a bit with the d0ve heads.

Great Garrett. I was just funning on the heads. My 460 is a 1977 if I remember correctly with about a whole 200 hp as it came stock in an LTD. It did have pretty good torque for that era though. Also, it gets about 10 mpg to produce all that power. I'm sure I got the code on them incorrect.

They told me I have to relocate my trailer, but I kept fighting, then asked them to compromise. They have mentioned in several meetings that they are going to build a trailer parking location at the back part of the HOA property, and I asked to let my trailer sit there until they built that. Two board members agreed that, this would not be asking too much, but the head guy (previous land owner) kept fighting me. I told them that I would offer to build a short fence around it, so that they could not see the trailer from the road, but they fought me on that a little. However two board members agreed. In the end, I am waiting for an email, or a piece of mail that tells me if I am building a small fence, or if I am moving it once they get the trailer parking built. Honestly I am ok with parking it at the trailer parking lot, because that opens up another slot for me to park more vehicles : ) Wife won't have a reason to tell me I have too many vehicles anymore.

I am not certain. If they charged more than we are paying now, then it wouldn't be worth moving it, other than it would be easier to go check on it. That lot may set empty and be a waste of land, if they charge too much, or anything at all, because people already are feeling the pinch of prices of things going up in the area. Water and Sewer has taken a hike three fold since the beginning of last year, but that is a county thing, not an HOA thing.
