best filler choice

When I am doing my prep work I will have alot of dings-n-things to fill in, what is the best filler/putty to use? I've heard about fiberglass and bondo and many others, what works best? I want something good that won't crack or fall out in the future. What do you suggest?

one of the best fillers around is a product called
all-metal,which is made with aluminum shavings. Be
sure to use breathing protection while sanding it
and also make sure your metal is real clean. no surface rust etc.. try to use some sort of metal
prep also and you should be fine. Good Luck!!

I recomend any products made by evercoat. For your truck id use evercoats light wieght filler and for a so called putty filler use the spot light filler.
Evercoat makes the metal filler and the fiberglass fillers also. The only time I use the fiberglass fillers is when I feal I need extra streangth. The fiberglass filler I use is just like mixing bondo and easy to work with its called kitty hair.
Like the previous post said just make sure the metal is clean before applying and grind it with 36 grit.
Good luck
