Replacing the rocker arms

I've read that there was an upgrade with the rocker arms that makes the oil hole smaller. I'm having some difficulty finding these that weren't 3X the cost of original ones. How much of a issue is this? Do you have to use these if your under a cost restraint? Is there any recommendations about a brand or maker? I have a 2007 STX special edition with the 5.4 3V Triton. This is my second engine which is out of warranty and has developed a nasty little tick on the driver's side about were the #7 cylinder I located.

Number 7 is the most common point of roller failures , there is some thought that its a quirk of lubrication dead spot . But yes you want the new rollers ,the new design is pointed more at the rollers . I replaced all my old ones at 130k plus all lashs they were $265 at the time for the whole set of both old design , new was not out then . Yes I know the price went way up .
I do an engine flush every other oil change and I run 5w-30 full snth , plus I run one quart marvel mystery oil . You must dump this oil before 5k or 3months .its got to be clean . Forget extended oil -dump it . Mine threw number eight or number seven roller -one of the intakes just missing damaging cam .
I pulled cams at timing point to change all at once , you must mark and put back exactly how it came out journals etc . Must be slowly snugged down in sequence per ford , rollers in place carefully to 89 inch pounds .. But have it on all timing points because you will be pushing down valves towards pistons . Cams pointed on no 1 and 5 per ford instructions .

I ordered thru Amazon, the seller was Gillie Hyde Ford Lincoln in Glasgow KY but their seller name on AMZ is something like Wholesale Parts Direct.

I paid $137 per side, so x2

Now it looks like it's $195 and the seller is Auto Pro America but I'm 99% certain FTM said they're reputable in his video about deep fake coils and plugs. Also, the product pic right now is a digital protractor which unfortunately doesn't inspire confidence
